I'm just trying to make you feel warmer, although the past couple nights have dipped down in the 40's and a bunch of blankets have felt good. Drinking hot chocolate feels good, too when you have goosebumps and feel like putting on a sweatshirt. Even though as you look at this picture of the sun coldly shining through snow on pine branches and right now the sun outside is shining and you have short sleeves, don't you think a cup of hot chocolate would taste really good right now? It is only September, but still...

OHHHHHH. I hope that's not a picture from the past week. :P
WHAT!! Do we feel cold?? How could we in 99 degree weather down here in sunny, hot, miserable, muggy Florida. We would love to experience winter. We would even love to experience fall, but that won't happen until about the middle of December. Could we share your fall and winter, pleeeease!?!? If it's left up to us, we WILL :)
Miss you all,
The Pollocks
It is getting closer! Closer to fall, winter AND spring(and pretty soon we can start waiting for summer)! ;-) It was quite cool here last night. Someone said 38.

Hot chocolate has sounded SO good on certain days this past week!! I'm bemoaning the fact that summer is on it's way out! But fall can be fun too and I love cozy winter evenings! And you are allowed to comment on my blog you know.:)
Hey wonderful Dart Family, Believe it or not, we have actually been able to turn off the a/c and open the windows for our 2 day fall season:) Oh how I would love to be up there with you all. Thank you for all the wonderful hospitality. We had grand time. Love, Mrs. Stokes and Jordan.
P.S. We are looking forward to Jon and Lydia and Abigail's visit next week before they head to Nepal.
